We came in for some battery cables for our truck. After telling Yayline what vehicle we have she showed us where they were and walked off. We didn't know size or part numbers but she didn't seem to care much about helping us more. I ended up googling the truck and got the parts. So with Google I did her job! The only convenience about going into the store vs. On line was we could get them now and not in a week. But the in store customer service wasn't what it should have been. Won't be going back to this store. Time to hire some helpful people.

Great store, looks super clean inside and out. Store Manager is very helpful and will go out of his way to make sure youre good.

I went to recycle old oil that i had , they were in old bottles 1 from oreillys and another one in a Valvoline bottle. The manager their had a very bad additude.Did not greet freindly and all she asked was “what do you need” with a very bad tone. She told me they dont take oil from other stores thats not autozone. And told me they will not take it next time someone brings a bottle from somehwere else.If you dont want to work their . Leave. Bad face for autozone.

Went in to get windshield wiper blades the lady with purple hair laina?I think? was a bad ass she went above an beyond and helped me more than the guys in there she put them together and even helped install she was Hella professional about it also, I recommend dealing with her than anyone in there
