I was in need of new wiper blades for my RV and Aleeza helped me out...She was absolutely delightful and very helpful. The store manager must be super proud to have her on the team. Congratulations Aleeza!! Your parents raised a wonderful person!!

Took my vehicle hear to have the batteries tested. The tech ended up saying both batteries are find but it showed a bad starter. After replacing the starter with a brand new one the vehicle still wouldn't start. Turned out the "new" tech who tested my batteries didn't test them properly and it was actually not just one bad battery but 2. Then after purchasing two new batteries elsewhere I returned the old starter for disposal and was laughed at when I told the manager that I was told something was broken that wasnt actually broken. From here on I'll just go to O'Reillys!!!!!!

I am so thankful for Auto Zone. I am a veteran, and I ran into a dead car when trying to leave the VA. After a friendly officer jumped my car, I went straight to Auto Zone. A wonderful woman changed my battery and helped me understand I had deeper car issues to address. Another woman who works at Auto Zone took the time to call a couple of local mechanic shops, trying to see if anyone could help me tonight. These two women went above and beyond the call of duty by providing exceptional customer care service.
