On sunday 11/09/25 i bring back used oil for recycle, and they always take it without problems. They even keep the trash and they're not supposed to. That's something that I do not know. Anyway, I have an issue with this guy in the picture he always have an atitude with customers, the problem was the empty bottles, he wanted me to take it with me,he was right, I was wrong. I asked for his name so I can make a report. or comments about this store. and of course.He gave me a fake name he claimed to be elvis, but his real name is Josh. I find out the next day. I truly feel like a valued customer when coming here. I had Juan come and check my battery and run codes on my truck. I went into the store at 1626 N Main St, Meridian, Idaho, tooday, Feb 18, 2026, at about 4:40pm. I'm sorry I don't know the name of the young man working in there at that time. I am an 80 year old woman. He was kind and helpful without making me feel like a fool for going into an auto parts store. He treated me as I'm sure he would any man who walked in. He was knowledgeable but kind and friendly. I avoid auto parts stores as much as possible because I am either completely ignored or treated like I'm an idiot. I was so very pleasantly surprised by this young man. And, the store was very neat and clean and looked well organized.

I stopped in here bc I had a check engine light and a big drive in front of me. The gentleman with the cowboy hat who assisted in the complimentary scan and product recommendation was in on his day off, super friendly and helpful. He made a stressful situation much nicer. I didn't get his name but thank you!

I bought a starter from this location on May 17th 2025. I had it go out completely less than 7 months later on December 7th 2025. I called them to check that I had a warranty on it, and I have a one year warranty. When I called I spoke to a woman named Kim that said I could come in and grab the replacement, I said I had to go pick my Mother In Law up from her work, as I was borrowing her car, and then I would go get it. She said that was fine and that was that. When I went in to get the replacement starter, the man I spoke to was taller, wearing an autozone hat, had a blonde mustache and goatee and I believe was wearing glasses. I unfortunately did not grab his name, but I wish I had. When I told him that I was coming for the replacement, he asked if I had the first one with me. I said no
