I went there cause I needed to switch my windshield wipers. Mr. Kenneth recommended me a good set of wipers because of the rain. He was very informative and recommended me a good brand. What really made this impactful for me was when I left, my car wasn’t starting and I was beyond frustrated. I believe Mr. Kenneth was leaving for the day, cause he was walking from the store, but he quickly came back to ask me if everything was okay. After trying to turn on the car, he pointed out it was probably my battery that was messing up and I began to stress cause the cost. What he did to help me before spending any money I didn’t have, was a free battery check. I was extremely grateful. I can’t explain how awful this location is. After waiting two hours to get my battery changed, I left and had to go to another store. The first battery they installed was dead, and the second one didn’t even fit my car. To make matters worse, the store manager Keon was extremely disrespectful—he even told the employee working on my car that he “shouldn’t be working on cars at night,” despite the fact that I had already been waiting there for two hours. My father had to come and help figure out what was going on due to the lack of knowledge of these so called autozone employees. Completely unprofessional experience.
