Got a flat tire on 495, thankfully made it to Autozone. Raymond was awesome!! He lead me to everything I needed to fix the tire, and even came out, and not only helped me, but did everything for me. Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Ray is certainly a manager I would want to have on my team. Care and compassion that I rarely see anymore. I tried to cherry pick him for my company but he is a very loyal employee. Thanks again for everything!

Excellent Customer Service! Staff went above and beyond and far exceeded expectations. John installed a battery under warranty in 10 degrees freezing temperatures in less than 5 minutes at no cost to myself the customer. Car is running much better already! Wonderful experience! Highly recommended over any other parts store around!
