I had Raul help me today with my purchase and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided me with everything I needed to make sure I was taken care of! Will definitely be returning.
Kid who helped had no clue what he was doing, he was eating while talking to me. And the Assistant Manager Raul completely incompetent. He rather not help the kid or me out. I needed to process a return and he had me call a number to a 3rd party return just for them to tell me that the store wasnt processing my receipt correctly. Worst Autozone Ive ever been to.
I had a good image and opinion about this store, but no longer.
Great staff. Building was clean. In and out quick.
Pablo and Raul 100/10 service night shift I came in 5 minutes before close and they helped me so much I love these guys def need a raise got me everything I needed and more even helped me find quality parts
