AutoZone Auto Parts

Yesterday I stopped by to get some parts to do brakes. A man named Jordan saw me coming and opened the door and realized I was returning used oil and took it from me and thanked me for it even before I got in the store. Wild, right?! It gets better because he asked what car I was going to be working on and I told him it was a 08 Town and Country and I wanted rotors and brakes for the front. Other than confirming the engine size he didn't ask me silly questions like is that Chrysler or Chevrolet or whatever that I've heard at other places before. He not only got the right parts but he alerted me to a deal that I would qualify for that saved me money and got me better parts. I just want to.say that my wife took her car here to have her battery.testes. Turned out she needed a battery and the young.man, his name was Shamir, could not have been nicer. He was friendly, extremely.helpful and he installed the battery for us. He went above and beyond and from now on, because of Shamir, I will only shop Autozone for parts and supplies. Very impressive young man!

I stopped by today to return a 15-pack of washers and a 6-pack of hex nuts that I purchased while I was in NJ the other day and after realizing I didn’t need them anymore since I found the actually part I did need, I attempted to return them with my receipt at this location since it’s nearby to me at the moment, the guy with the glasses told me they don’t accept returns from other stores and that I had to take it back to the store bought them. Never since the history of my AutoZone purchases had I experienced this! It’s an $8 return and he expected me to drive all the way back to NJ, paying a toll of $5 plus the gas my pickup would consume during that commute, would surpass the $8 return. To my understanding, some locations do this since it counts towards a “loss” in their store P&L.

My Man Jorden hooked me up. He tested my battery, took it out of the car, and put the new battery in the car. He's also got a great hangover helper for those high-speed road trips.

Awesome staff. Probably the best location I've been to. Very helpful and friendly when trying to track down the right tool or parts.
