Auto Zone in Minerva, Ohio, is a decent place for picking up auto parts and accessories. The store is fairly organized, so finding what you need isn’t too difficult. The staff are generally helpful and willing to assist, but sometimes you might experience a bit of a wait if the store is busy. The inventory is solid, covering the basics for most repair and maintenance needs. If they don’t have a specific part in stock, they’re usually good about ordering it or pointing you in the right direction. Overall, it’s a reliable option for auto parts, though there’s room for improvement in customer service and stock availability. It gets the job done, but don’t expect anything too extraordinary.

I am a man who has always used auto zone for many many years as I work on cars since I was a kid. Today I was VERY unimpressed with this location. I called in for a price on a part. He said yes and $55 and on the shelf. We drove out of our way 20 mins since he said he had one. To get to the store and he does in fact have one but it wasn’t to fit the car I called in about. When I said I called in, he responded well you don’t talk to me sir I apologize. The one that actually fits my vehicle is $194. That’s a hell of a difference! I will be going across the street to O’Reillys if I have to return to Minerva

Great place to go if you are mechanical or not. They are very helpful with pointing out the products u need. If u have an engine issue they will hook a diagnostic test up to ur engine to find out the issue. Rewards cards are amazing if u have a partner like mine who's a gear head. Only issue is some parts will not be right. If u don't live close it's a pain having to run back. Otherwise wonderful!
