When it comes to cars I am incompetent. I needed new windshield wiper blades and figured the rainx blades would be best. After my friend and I struggled to get them put on I asked inside for help. The store manager came outside in the rain to try to help. Turns out the rainx blades didn’t fit onto my car. She grabbed a more expensive type of wiper blades and helped me get them on. She accepted the original wiper blades back as a return (even though they were out of the package), rang up the new blades, and adjusted the price on the new (more expensive) wiper blades to match the price of the rainx blades. She helped so much and was very kind. Will for sure go back.

Miss, Rogers, the manager helped me out for 20 minutes trying to pull out a stubborn headlight out of my Kia Optima. Thank you so very much because this car is now going to my mother-in-law that's in dire need of a new vehicle. Thank you so much and thank you AutoZone.

Kudos to Kenny for replacing my battery today. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes snd it was cold out! Thanks for a job well done.

Convenient location, however, it's astounding how many of their employees have no idea What parts you're asking for and have to use their system or google to look it up. Why would you hire employees with no automotive or mechanical knowledge? Do better.

Both these stores in Minot suck they never stock any parts that are common parts it's always you have to order it or go down the street to O'Reilly's where they always have the part you're looking for in stock
