Ocean’s customer service was amazing. I came in and she helped me tremendously and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I purchased a new battery and I got it swapped all within 20 minutes. Spectacular service and I Would recommend.

Bernie provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to assist me and made the experience easy and pleasant. AutoZone is lucky to have him.

My husband and I went just to get oil and a filter for our car. When we asked about the items, a young woman helped us and she was very kind and professional; however, was there really no other option for a manager? He was a young guy, around 20 years old, and I don’t think he had even the most basic customer service training. I suggest choosing a different location.
