AutoZone Auto Parts

I love this store it has been the better ones from Colorado that only two stores that I have used since being in Colorado since 2016 and I've used Cortez and Durango. It has improved since DD has taken over prior the previous store manager was there. The atmosphere there is less stressful especially with Sebastian running commercial and actually calling me when he and his store manager ACTUALLY CALLING ME for my shop needs. Thank you Autozone for being better than Orileys that I left after 20 yrs of business. This store has changed tremendously since DD has taken over.

I cannot express enough how amazing the crew at the Montrose Auto Zone is. I had a battery issue with my car but thought it was maybe an alternator or starter because of how it behaved, so to speak, not starting. Dee Dee and her crew were incredible. They walked me through options and in the end helped me identify that it was just the battery, helped replaced it and then tested my alternator and starter just to be sure. They saved me money and time and were so nice and helpful all along the well. Highly highly recommend them.

FIVE STARS!!!! The lady was SO SO SO nice, so sweet, she explained to me in the sweetest way and the guys that helped me out Matt, he was the best, love it soooo much🤭🤭

I stopped into Auto Zone Montrose yesterday to price front wipers.Josh, the parts manager, helped me with getting the blades for my car and he didn't try to up sell me, as I hinted that $$ was an issue, right now. Josh also put the blade on for me(no charge). The whole experience was great!
