* I will NEVER come or BUY Anything from Here again. I came in there earlier that day on Sun Dec 21 2025. When they This White lady with Long Dark Hair She's Very Cras and Dismissive and Rude. I was NOT aware that they don't allow Customers to use a Loaner Tool Socket Wrench for my Fog light. One has fell loose. She stated and Insist Everything was Aisle 3. I said I didn't come here buy anything else I was there earlier that day buying mounting bolts. I should had returned them but I am using Unfortunately. I would Never buy anything from Employees here that gets the Information Wrong, and This same Lady White lady with Dark Hair So Rude. There was a list loaner tools on a sheets but she Was Too Unprofessional to explain it so. I was Done I would Never Buy from There I ll go somewhere else

Canadians have a reputation for being extremely welcoming and polite. We should step it up as the friendly and welcoming service provided by the store and associates was above and beyond to Canadians experiencing potentially catastrophic engine issues while travelling through NC to GA. We cannot say enough good things about this location.

I bought the jumper cables just one day ago, but I changed my mind and decided to buy a jump starter instead. When I tried to return the jumper cables, they refused and said I needed the box. That is not true, because the jumper cables did not come with a box—only a label. Worst customer service

Needed a new battery tonight in the freezing cold. Went in and Tesla (the person, not the car) was so quick to help me find what I needed, and get it installed in my car super fast. She was so polite and professional and her help was fantastic!! Thank you!!!

James was super helpful with my lights and wouldn’t even accept a tip. He told me it was his job and he was glad to help. We need more people like James!
