Big shout out to Ciara the Store manager! After getting denied help to change my battery by one employee she quickly stepped in to get the job done. This particular time there was a blizzard outside and without hesitation she was there to help. I couldn’t be more happier to have a new battery and someone with great customer service install it! Definitely will be back!

Tim helped me a ton today! He successfully fixed my issue after 3 locations and several other employees never took the time to ask me what the actual issue was. I thought I needed a relay and kept being told that the relay I need was in a different store. I recommend doing everything you can to keep this guy around he truly loves his job.

My trunk wasn’t opening right, my key fob was acting up, and I also had a ground wire problem that had been giving me trouble for a while. Tim didn’t just point me to the aisle—he actually came outside, took his time, and walked through each issue with me step by step.
