My wife was gonna purchase a $200 battery but they said it was to difficult to replace Blew her off real quick . It's a 2017 Lincoln MKX.. sure the negative terminal was recessed a bit The air cleaner had to come off. 2 plastic tabs and a hose clamp to loosen I screw holding the battery bracket Needed a 7..8 and 10 millimeter socket to get terminals off..We are in our 70"s and don't have the tools hanging around plus the battery was super heavy. Had a friend come over to help us. He watched a 4 minute U tube video and it took 12 whole minutes to replace start to finish. I'm pretty sure all battery replacement takes 10-15 minutes .So I just went to Walmart Tire and Auto and gave them my $200. If I had of had the car there they said would of done it..I just think they didn't wanna be bother

Paul was openly rude, angry, disrespectful, and argumentative for absolutely no reason. This was the most hostile and abusive customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Went for a battery change and was treated very well. They had what I needed and replaced my battery within 10 minutes. Excellent service

Shaun is the man. I had to replace a rear tail light & couldn’t figure it out. (Didn’t want to mess it up) Shaun came right out and had it fixed within 1 minute. Thanks again Shaun!
