My mechanic, who was given the wrong part despite giving them the exact part number, called to see if he could return the part for the correct one. The staff told him sure, as long as he was there at 9. Since it was already late, my mechanic clarified that even if he was there at 9, it wouldn't be a problem, and the staff confirmed that they would still help him. He was there at 8:58 on the dot, and at the door, and they closed the door in his face and turned him away. I know my mechanic spoke true, because he immediately called me at 9:04 when he got back to his truck to let me know what happened. This was entirely unprofessional, and I will remember this. Keep your word.

I wanted to thank Mr. Jose P. for assisting me yesterday. I needed a part for my car & When I walked in I didn’t see anyone in the front and went to the back. He was helping a customer getting his part & told me to give him a few minutes. He was handling a lot and immediately dropped what he was doing to help me. This is not the first time he helps me. I keep coming back because he offers great services.

Excellent customer service! Jenny was very kind in assigning a gentleman, John S., to assist with assessing the check engine light. John was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and went beyond to provide information regarding the reason for my visit along with other factors that will keep my vehicle maintained properly. His genuineness was so appreciated! Truly an asset to the company!

A very neat and clean store all the staff are very nice will definitely definitely visit again. Today June 13 2023 dropped by to find something for my car, which I did find and again everybody was very nice and the store looks really neat, thank you all!

Edwin and his associate were the nicest people I’ve come across in the retail automotive world in a long time. It’s nice to see that decent people still exist. I was stranded on the side of the road and Edwin helped me even though it was very hot out.
