They close earlier than advertised which is mad inconvenient. Twice I’ve experienced bad attitudes from their workers.

I came in today to replace the battery in my Toyota RAV4 with a new one I had ordered online. A young staff member helped me remove the old battery and install the new one. Because the engine compartment space was very limited, he had to spend extra time carefully adjusting and fitting it into place. Even though it was extremely cold outside today, he remained patient throughout the process. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I will definitely come back for other services.

I came in on Sunday, December 7th, after needing a jump start for my Acura and went straight to Auto Zone to get the battery tested. Lily was at the counter and was fantastic. I explained the situation, and she tested the battery. What really impressed me was that she showed me the reading on the screen and took the time to explain in detail what the results meant. I work in the office at an autobody shop, so I have some knowledge about cars, and her explanation was spot-on. The battery definitely needed to be replaced. Visited during early evening of Wednesday, 10/6/25 to check engine oil, and inspect engine noise. We were attended by Anthony Vasquez who expeditiously helped us arrive at possible problems and solution to our vehicle's symptoms; after adding a quart of oil and conducting an electronic analysis, we determined a visit to the Subaru mechanic is warranted. Mr. Vazquez was polite and eager to assist us; he demonstrated efficiency and professionalism all the while maintaining an upbeat energetic attitude. Thank you for your help Mr. Vazquez

Early Saturday morning, I went in to request a simple refund and the woman at the counter acted like helping me was an inconvenience. She seemed irritated and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. On another visit, I asked a male employee for help finding clips for my car, and he had no idea what I was talking about or how to check. Instead of asking another associate or looking it up, he just shrugged it off. I expect better knowledge and basic courtesy from a store that’s supposed to specialize in auto parts. Both visits left a bad impression. AutoZone really needs to retrain staff on professionalism and product awareness at this location.
