I bought a headlight and Xavier and James I believe helped me install my headlight after they seen me struggling. I offered to pay them and they declined and helped me anyway. Really good service I highly recommend!

I am very comfortable when I shop at Autozone Newburgh. The costumer services go beyond than being know. Jeremy Sanchez , the manager, was very helpful with helping me with installing my window wipers. Overall very satisfied!

I had been driving around trying to find this one part for my car and Jeremy at the front took the time to call different auto zone locations to save me from another trip. He was super helpful and tried to make everyone’s life easier. Super appreciated.

the parking lot of this store is absolutely disgusting!! there is garbage everywhere and the trash cans are overflowing. who runs this dump should be written up

Super shout out to JP the manager and DJ @ autozone for being patient and helping me out, a very helpful staff. I needed a tool I didn’t have but i remembered the autozone tool rental. But didn’t know how it worked. DJ helped me find the size for the screw head. And let me use the tool and JP the manager came out and helped me finish the job. I left satisfied knowing I have their establishment to turn to for their thoughtful consideration and assistance.
