Woke up to a dead battery. Looked up AutoZone near me and it said they install some easy access batteries. Alan was really helpful with finding the best battery for me. He got me a good price, installed it for me, and had me on my way in under 30 minutes.

Go ahead and drive to the store to get what you need. Do not order from Autozone online. They outsource fill filament making returns a disaster. They tossed the part by Vin and sent me the wrong item. Can't ship it back. Had to go to the store after 4 hours on the phone. Their mistake. I paid to overnight parts. What a waste. If the local store doesn't have it go somewhere else.

Robert made for a quick and easy battery replacement. As soon as I walked in, he immediately greeted me and asked if he could assists with anything…within 20 minutes, we had diagnosed and confirmed my battery was dead, he showed me my options for a new one, and then he even pulled the old one out and put the new one in for me. Top notch service.

Always a great experience coming into this AutoZone. My Duralast Gold battery went out on me but it was under the three year warranty. My guy Theodore got me straight as usual and I was on my way in under 20 minutes!
