I came to auto zone to get my headlight fixed because I went to a different store prior to coming to pine I met with geanette and she was very patient and helped me figure out the problem. I am thankful to her because she helped me leave with a problem solved. I can honestly say I am a happy customer ❤️❤️🤞🏼

I visited the store a couple of nights ago and it was the most unpleasant experience of my life. More than 15 minutes of waiting to be attended and the employees in the back kissing. It's sad that one as a customer goes to buy parts and has to present the heat of others

I traveled here from about 10 hours away, had some car trouble, and stopped here to get some help on what parts I need. Duane was incredibly helpful, found the cause of my issue, and installed the part out of kindness so my friends and I could safely make it back home. I sincerely appreciate all the help so I can make it back home. Thank you soooo much!!

Excellent staff, all the ladies that I encountered were knowledgeable and helped me scan my car, and find all the little things I needed that day including the correct full synthetic motor oil for my car Big brother

Called twice and they hung up on me after i said hello? What kind of customer service is this? Glad i didnt take my car here
