I wanted some really good windshield wipers. Chad took the time to help me pick the wipers and installed them for me, and cleaned back and front glass . He was very helpful, efficient as well as helping me sign up for their rewards program. I could not have been more pleased with their fas friendly service. Highly recommend.

The young man that helped me put my wipers on in the rain while wearing a raincoat is one of a kind. Really appreciated your help while I was on my road trip. Could have done it better myself and certainly not faster. Thanks again.

I called here to see if they had a PCV hose in stock and they did. I spoke to a man named Chad. He was excellent and very helpful. He even offered to change the hose for me. If you go here definitely ask for Chad.

I went in to swap out some bulbs I'd gotten for my headlights. There was a little confusion on what I needed, low beam vs high beam. Some of it was me, because I had gotten off a 24 hour shift and hadn't slept yet!! We got it sorted out and Chad ended up replacing the bulbs for me. He also cleaned off my headlights with some oxidation removal stuff. 10/10 love this Auto Zone. I've been going there for years and they always help me out!! Thanks, Chad and crew!!
