The STORE itself has lost of things and its a busy store. 5☆ to that. However, people behind the counter... are.. tired of this place or allowed negativity get the best of them.. idk the vibe they portray is clearly visible.. (don't ask me anything) sore of attitude. Anyways. They will help but again with attitude..

It's 940pm and the store is supposed to close at 10pm and the staff has the doors locked and not allowing any customers in. They are counting their cash tills. They are not answering the phone to explain why. I was in the store earlier and was verbally told by the male associate that they close at 10pm. I has a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience and to have this happen is unacceptable.

Came to this location five minutes before 10 to get a cabin air filter I drove to this location from the chamblee location to make it in time to get the filter since they where the only place that had my filter.. as I arrived before 10pm they where closed as if the time was already 10pm. Very misleading and unprofessional. Need more reliable workers. And they guy decided to smile as if it was funny they where closing before the actual closing time. Do better.

Waited 15 min while looking at 3 ppl behind the counter actively ignore me and im Just trying to drop a check to commercial … it’s either lazy or rude I ll let you decide sept 5 3:00 pm autozone customer service is a joke

Ordered a toll for delivery The tool was brought to the store but no one wanted to deliver it. I got customer service to try to call the store and they wouldn't answer for customer service. Seems like management never knows what they are talking about.
