Horrible customer service at the North Babylon store. All I needed was a simple price quote and stock check on brake pads for my vehicle and I couldnt get them to do that. They constantly put me on hold whem calling the store and never come back to assist the customer on the phone. No matter what time of day or what day of the week they always tell the caller the stores too busy and that youre just going to have to wait. And thats all you do is wait, they dont come back to help you. You just give up and hang up. Try again and the same keeps happening. Sunday November 30th 2025 this occured 4 times before I gave up. Morning, afternoon and evevning. This happened on a seperate attempt for rear pads a few weeks ago and once again no one in the North Babylon store can take literally two minut
