I placed an order, came three times, and each time they told me my order hadn't arrived. On my fourth visit, they said they'd lost my order and offered a refund, wasting a lot of my time.

Mario thank you !!! When I went to auto zone today for a battery change I was immediately greeted by an employee named Mario. He was incredibly polite, helpful and Dedicated. I went in for a battery change not knowing the first thing about changing one myself. Thankfully Mario helped me find the correct battery but also installed it for me; as well as teaching me step by step along the way. Mario is truly an employee who goes above and beyond. Ps: Will definitely be back when when in need of maintenance for my car.

Johnny Was very pleasant cordial very polite took his time to help me install the battery on my car. If I can give him 1000 starts for customer service I would. Same for Valentina who was sweet n patient with me n Got Johny to help me. She saw how upset I was n her patience make me realized to breath God bless the whole entire auto zone Very professional Johny n Valentina Who took good care of my car situation 🙏🏻❤️

Stopped by this AutoZone and was greeted with a smile. I asked if my car battery was still under warranty, and the young lady quickly confirmed it was. I didn’t have any tools on me, so I asked about buying pliers , instead, she went to the back and let me borrow tools to remove the battery. I swapped it out, started the car, and was back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service from start to finish. A+++
