I came to autozone to see if they can test my battery but realized the corrosion on my battery was too bad and I would need a new battery. A Gentlemen tried to come and test my battery, but because it was too corroded, he couldn't. Another worker came and tried to see if he can loosen the bolt, but that failed. I called AAA and he was not much of a help and told me that the bolt needed to be cut off and that they could not do it. Another worker came out and was very determined to loosen the bolt. He took a lot of time and pride, and he was very polite. I am not sure how long that Roberto R was tinkering with the corroded bolt on the battery, but he was determined to get it off. Near the end the second co-worker that came to help earlier was out there getting a few things that Roberto neede

Amazing service every single time I require something from a complex component to a simple tire pressure gauge. Regardless I’m met with genuinely wonderful employees with positive attitudes, including the managers. If mistakes are made on their parts manufacturers side, they are more than happy to rectify the issue. So don’t give these men and women a hard time they don’t make the parts they just supply them, not to mention with great information tips and bits free of charge.

Took 45 minutes to do a return with my receipt… Certainly not the one stop shop and for sure not a place to come if you’re looking for customer service and knowledge in problem solving. Will certainly not be returning in the future.

This store gets a lot of compliments but what people don’t understand that most of the workers there put up with a lot of shitty customers and most of the time they try to let it go but can’t, and on top of that their going through their on things. So maybe instead of judging them be more considerate and patient
