I went to the AutoZone for a break light and had a hard time changing it and needed help and got the best service ever from Isaiah and Jesse they went above and beyond to help me. I will be back here again for any auto issues I may need.

Felt scammed and disappointed. Duralast batteries are exclusive to Autozone. Today I took in my Duralast battery I purchased 10/2024 from this very store, that had a 3-year warranty. Took it in to get swapped because it was not holding a charge. They claimed they could not find any record of it under my phone number, and was told that maybe the employee that did work there didn’t “scan it into the system for record”. As a result, I had to shell out $110* for the cheapest battery I could get, and lost $220* on the old battery they should have honored. They also kept the battery, because I was in a hurry to get the new one into my car. (Had a mobile mechanic working on my car not too far away from the store) Will be calling corporate. Receipt or not, Duralast batteries should be honored

Phenomenal team! I came in for simply some windshield wipers and was advised to get some windshield wipes to pre-clean the windshield. Not only did Jesse make these suggestions he performed a phenomenal demonstration of how to apply the product and actually use the windshield wipers that were best of quality.

Jesse was so helpful and truly the angel I needed today. He helped me with my battery and tested everything and went above and beyond. Customer service like this doesn’t happen often anymore and should be celebrated! I was flustered and at a loss at what to do with my car, Jesse truly was amazing, thank you!!!

Love love love this store and all the employees are sooooooo great and helpful, spent time this morning replacing lights on my Toyota tundra then this evening took care of my dodge ram in need of a new alternator. I highly recommend this location or the peachland location in port Charlotte❤️
