Lucas that works at AutoZone was absolutely wonderful. He put my gas cap on. I offered him a tip he refused. I highly recommend AutoZone. He also saw to it that I got the right gas cap. Thank you Lucas for your time.

Worse customer service . I bought a battery in 2023 still under warranty and guy was giving me the worse actitud did t even try to look for my account showing me a different battery and truck (Silverado ) and I have a f250 and refuse to even try . Worse experience . I used to come here for all my commercial vehicles and trucks . But not anymore . You don't treat your clients like that

My car wouldn’t start this morning, so I got a jump and went to auto zone. David Johnson helped my dad and I with everything we needed. He even replaced my battery and o2 sensor all by himself and answered our questions along the way. He was the most kind and knowledgeable person and I’m so grateful we had his help. I will forever come to the auto zone in Oak Lawn and will always seek him out. Thank you David!!!

Great service and honest workers. They helped me out with my battery to my Cadillac. My husband was grateful that they looked out for me while his was at work.
