Waited in line at the register for 10 mins to just buy 1 item. The 3 guys at the desk just ignored me while working with people in line at the computers. I guess checking people out that know what they need is a low priority. I just walked out, I'll take my business elsewhere

My family and I had an emergency and I think it was Todd who answered my call for what we needed but also helped us check to see what was wrong with our battery. A tightened terminal later and all is well. We drove up from Potter County, PA and are thrilled with the service!! Thank you SO much!!!!
