My battery was beyond dead. Jump box wouldn't start it, jumper cables wouldn't start it. I had to leave it on a battery charger all day (8+ hours) just to get it to this store. It was already dark and I felt horrible, but without hesitation a young gentleman (forgot to get his name amongst the stress) got my newly purchased battery on very quickly, without any complaints or making me feel bad. The other workers came out to offer assistance if needed and they were all so patient. I always thought the prices were a little steep but the customer service and free battery instalation made it 1000% worth it. 10/10 stars, will recommend to everyone and go back again when needed.

Friendly and helpful! A sales associate was busy with another customer, the manager came right up to help. I was a bit nervous because I really wasn’t even sure what size windshield wipers I needed. He helped me find the size I needed then explained the differences in style/price. The associate who rung me up was very kind and helpful, even asking if I needed help installing them!

Well, I do have a great experience to tell you about. Went in to ask about checking my tire pressure it was low, the management was wonderful and let an employee named Bryce, go with me, to the Royal farms station and Bryce checked each one of my tires, for the air pressure, would not take a tip would not let me buy him lunch, but ask me to pay it forward, which I happily did. I hope to see him on the way back and give him a special greeting of thanks for what he did for me that day. I know AutoZone is basically known for parts for your car and stuff, but they were able to help being a special different kind of way. I will never forget their helpfulness and kindness. Great experience at AutoZone over the weekend! While visiting our mom over the long weekend, my sister and I were tasked with having her car battery changed. Every employee there was friendly, helpful and willing to help, including Crystelle who wound up installing a new battery for our mom's car. She put our minds at ease that our 82-year-old mom would be safe before we had to drive back to New Jersey. Highly recommend!
