My wife and I were bringing a battery in to return under warranty. I use a walker and had the battery on my walker seat. I can't stand for long periods of time and need to sit. We walked up to the first register. There was a person at that register. Looked like he was counting the money into the drawer for opening. Took him 20-30 seconds before he acknowledged us. And said he would be with us in a minute. Finally another employee walked up to a register about 3 away. And said he could help us. This man was very nice. While in the process of doing the exchange, we came to find out the guy who was counting money into the drawer was the manager as he had to enter his approval code for the transaction to process. I don't understand why he wouldn't have called out to someone else to help us. Or

I just needed windshield wipers for my car. The guy behind the counter was super helpful. He grabbed the wipers I needed and even installed them on my car. I was really impressed! I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

Employees were unwilling to help and had attitude about accepting cash when they wouldn’t finish completing the card payment on their end. Very unwelcoming environment. Definitely will not step foot in another AutoZone anywhere ever again.

Careful when your purchasing stuff here because we were sold the wrong oil and filter and we are lucky we caught it in time before anything happened to the truck my husband told the guy “Jesse Lopez” the exact oil he needed for a 2022 limited edition gmc sierra SLT, guy didn’t even bother looking or asking him which oil dude just automatically went and put everything in a box and gave it to my husband… until he got home looked and I realized that’s not the right oil or filter… what’s the whole use of the computers anyways ? If they ain’t looking right why assume!? I’m taking my business elsewhere!

ordered parts for pickup in store so I could have a quick and fast experience but when I arrived at 9pm they were already closed. SMH online and on Google maps it says they are open until 10pm. Guess next time I need some automotive fluids ill just go to walmart.
