End up ordering all new headlights for a used car and purchased the staff was very helpful and I was able to replace the lights what's the advice in borrow some tools I had left a credit card by accident and I went back and when they see me coming through the door they were waving and smiling they had my card for me. Thank you AutoZone for hiring good people I'm new to the area and I found myself a go to place when I need parts

My husband and I were out of town and had a flat tire on 8/16/25. We were in Ottumwa, IA, and stopped at AutoZone to buy some Fix-A=Flat to limp us home. Instead, basically, the guys working there volunteered to change the tire for us. It was very, very hot, and we are older, so we were so grateful they helped us. We were back on the road in no time. We were really impressed by the customer service, and think those guys earned recognition for service up and beyond the call of duty. They saved the day!

Nicole L. was awesome! I called to ask if they install batteries if purchased there and Nicole said they do for certain vehicles. My car was not one of those but she could tell I was in a bind and helped me out! She went the extra mile for me even in the heat and when she could have said no. I will always go back to AutoZone in Ottumwa, IA bc of Nicole L.

Very helpful, even carried the battery to and from my truck! Sent a mechanic out to check the starter also
