We stopped in because we were having battery problems, and Ryan and Miguel provided some of the best customer service we’ve experienced. They were friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly figured out exactly what was needed for our vehicle and explained everything clearly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and we left feeling confident and relieved. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine care. This store has a super helpful team! Jacob is always willing to help and has a great attitude every time. He takes the time to figure things out and does a great job finding the right solution. He provides excellent service and truly cares about helping customers.

Jacob Totten — Parts Sales Manager — is a sterling example of customer service. I came for a starter replacement and he discovered that I had an existing warranty. He processed the warranty return and saved me $200. It only took a few clicks but it was careful attention to detail that made a huge difference. This guy makes AutoZone the best choice for car parts in all of Brevard County. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been coming to this store since the 1st day it opened and all the staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful but tonight November 12te around 7 PM a manager by the name of Jacom help me and my girlfriend with a battery and this guy took them all. He was extremely nice, helpful, honest, knowledgeable and not pushy at all, just got us ready for the perfect battery for her truck and picked up the battery 2 times at the counter and took it to the truck. I have never met such a super superb person in all the years I've been coming there and I've never been a stranger there buying parts as a mechanic. 5 stars don't cut it, more like 10 for Jacob that went WAY above and beyond. Jacob was an amazing help getting my battery replaced on my 2016 Camaro. He told me that normally batteries do not get installed here but he doesn’t like to tell people no. He helped me regardless of having his break soon and made conversation with me while working on the car. I am grateful and glad that I came here to get my battery changed.
