Husband and I struggled with tools. John H had the most extraordinary customer service, that I have saw in years. I have worked retail and restaurant. I know when a person goes over and beyond their "job salary" and u can tell John H loves helping people, being if service and loves the company he works for

I went there Saturday for a new battery, Bray was excellent and kind to help me. The manager, sorry didn't get his name, was so knowledgeable and efficient! They really really saved me! Thank you for the great service!!!

Very heart warming experience, evening though it was pouring cats and dogs out the guy had a great attitude and kept a funny and joyful conversation the whole time in the rain as he connected my windshield wipers

Went to buy a thermostat gasket, Zach helped me find what was supposed to be the correct one, he tried to upsell me to get a $20 thermostat with the gasket, I ended up getting just the gasket and it ended up being wrong and it leaked. The same day I came back and he said he would not return it even though the receipt said “if a part fails during the warranty period (1 year) shown on this receipt bring the part to any Autozone store and you will receive a replacement or refund”. He told me to take it to Odenville, he needs to be fired immediately for not following company policy
