These guys took care of me today, and I appreciate them wanting to do their job. I went to an Auto Zone close to my house (AW Grimes) and they told me they could not replace my battery because they could not get it out of my 2023 Toyota Rav 4. It was definitely a bad battery, and I needed to get to work. Took a chance and went to the location in Pflugerville on 685. These guys assessed the situation, took out the battery and replaced it within 10 minutes. I am so appreciative, as I don't know where else to go for these things. When I think of batteries, I think of Auto Zone. Thank you for helping me get to work today!!
