I walked in looking at a battery for my ATV to be able to plow my driveway. I went in and they showed me the price which was $103.99 for a gold and I said to the team member wow that’s crazy because advance auto shows the same gold quality battery for $59.99 and the team member said well then go get it there because I can’t do anything for you here. What happened to the price matching from competitors? I mean hey you don’t have to tell me twice to go to your competitor and give them my business but that will mean I will continue to give the competitor my business since that’s how you want to talk to your customers.

came in the other day for a battery test kid up front helped me diagnose it as my starter and the shorter stubby woman was just standing there when there was a line of people not doing anything thought maybe she just had a bad day. came in again recently that same woman was still in the same spot not helping anyone pretending like we dont exist. good spot otherwise can always get what i need

Sorry it took me so long to review. I want to say thank you to the two young gentleman that was working on the night of January 7th. I had a bad scary fall. The closest place I could get help as I was in pain and bleeding and without shoes. I lost them in the fall. I walks in and immediately they were helpful. They were obviously confused. Who wouldn't be when a lady walked in like she just lost a fist fight lol. But after they realize I was hurt and asked for them to call me an ambulance. They jumped in to action and got me a chair to sit in and got me some paper towels for my bleeding head. They called me an ambulance and calmed Me down. They did the best they could. Bad experience. If someone doesn’t know what to do on the computer or how to find the correct parts or are just guessing then don’t let them try to help me and give me the wrong part. It’s okay if someone can’t use the computer I know I couldn’t. I could see the frustration on this girls face I thought she was going to cry.
