Well every time I go in they don't just hand me the keys to a corvette stingray. For what I'm sure must be a midlife crisis. But they always have the part I need and at great ! Price. The service is always helpful and knowledgeable. So two thumbs up 👍👍

Just wanted to let people know how impressed I was with McKenna at the Plain City Autozone. After my unsucessful search at other stores, McKenna took the extra time to call and work with their other locations to source all the parts I needed. This is what customer service looks like. 3 customers could not find an employee. Waited lo her than 10 minutes. Then 2 more came in. One left mad. Waited another 10 minutes. FINALLY someone came over. After I called the front desk. Not happy!

I walked into the store in Plain City, Utah. A young associate was busy checking out a guest, yet she paused long enough to acknowledge me, big smile to let me know she'd be right with me When she was finished, she politely asked how she could help me. I replied "There is an issue with the trim on my car & I need to know what it will require to fix it, & if you have what I need?" She came out to my car looked at the trim, immediately got down under the front of my car (@ which point I noticed her name tag McKENNA (beautiful name) & she proceeded to fixed the trim piece. Wouldn't let me pay for anything because it was all there, wouldn't even let me give her a tip. This is the second time I've been in to this location & the second time I've received exemplary service. McKenna went abo
