Joel at the Plaistow NH Auto Zone is amazing! Helped my husband & I on 2/25/26 put a new battery in my car & installed my new wipers too! He was so pleasant & went above and beyond! We do all our parts shopping here & get great service! Give Joel a raise please!😊

My Daughter went to Autozone because of a battery light. They tested her battery, and the alternator, and said the battery was old and should get one soon. When she asked if she would be safe to drive home (on highway) she was told she would be fine. Her car dashboard lights lit up the minute she got on the highway and had to pull over. She ended up needing a battery and alternator . You should train your people better!! Thankfully she was safe and nothing happened while on the side of the highway at night.

Dean P. was incredibly helpful when it came to getting my car taken care of, and the experience couldn’t have been better. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on, which made the whole process stress-free. My battery in my truck had died after I had gotten a haircut across the street so I walked over to see if they had a jumper I could use. Unfortunately since I wasn’t in the parking lot they couldn’t let me take a jumper, but Joel offered to bring me back to my truck and jump me! I had called a friend on the way over who had gotten back to me and was on his way so I didn’t need to take him up on the offer , however Joel was able to look up in my customer history that the last battery I bought was still under warranty and I could get a replacement at no cost !
