I ordered a radiator, & the wrong item was ordered when I came to pick it up the next day, however Steve was able to help refund me for the incorrect ordered part. And gave me a customer satisfaction discount on the correct radiator that I needed and ordered it for me as well. So I pick it up tomorrow. Thankful for the help, mistakes and errors happen, but it’s nice for someone to help you out when they do occur. Thank you Steve!

Cesar the commercial sales manager was phenomenal!! He helped me understand where the engine coolant was. He also came out to run the code and brought me back in to educate me on what’s happening with my car. Gave great recommendations and came back out a second time to hear what I was hearing. He provided excellent customer service!!

Jim T was fantastic. I was having battery issues and he was so kind very helpful! I would’ve never been able to get my car battery out but he did it and was able to get it charged pretty quickly thank you Jim. I appreciate you.

I went to AutoZone to buy a headlight bulb and asked for installation help. Unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this store. Mike Bentman, the cashier on duty, made me wait for over an hour. Even though I patiently waited and was polite, he repeatedly skipped me and continued taking customers who came after me. At one point, he even went outside to assist another customer with a battery installation while I was still waiting. Another lady who was behind me was also called before I was helped. After waiting so long, I finally had no choice but to request a refund and leave without getting the installation done.
