Love this store!! The reason I am a die hard fan of Auto zone and a loyal customer for life! Was broke down and spoke to Kimberly (the manager) and had a part delivered to me. She not only had the " get it done" attitude but was prompt to address the issue. When Vivian delivers vered the part, she not only was friendly, but took the time out to make sure that it was the correct part. This is an great store with an AMAZING TEAM AND LEADERSHIP. Thank you so much Kimberly - you and your team are life savers!!! I would give it 10 out of 5 stars!!!
Kimberly Bailey got the door open in, and out for my paraplegic friend, max Stephenson got the wiper blades, and fluid selected, and rung up fast, and effectively. Then put them on the car. Brandon Birmingham knew his store well enough too have me in, and out with a set of hose clamps in just a couple of minutes, and let me borrow his screw driver to put one on!
There’s a lot of times when I’m grateful to have this store in such a rural area. Manager Kimberly and Max, the clerk, were quick to diagnose a problem with my car and help my husband find the solution today, they were kind, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and we’d definitely bring another problem to them if something comes up.
This store is AMAZING!!! My car headlight was out. I came to Auto Zone and it was replaced in 10 minutes!! The customer service I received from the sales woman was wonderful!!! She even gave me my Veterans Discount!!!! The Other co-worker even shared the same name as me “Vivian”!!!! I Love this store being in the same town I live in!!! Thank you JESUS!!!
