I had a bad battery, and thankfully it was still under the three-year warranty. The team handled everything quickly and professionally, and they replaced it at no cost without any hassle. Shane went above and beyond to help. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole process easy. That level of service is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate the support and professionalism. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for our vehicles.

I needed antifreeze for my Dodge Viper, that’s right you heard me, I have a Dodge Viper. Never mind that I needed antifreeze for it. Don’t worry about that part, I’ll be cruising in my Dodge Viper, don’t mind me, pulling over to fill it up with antifreeze every few miles, go ahead and stay jealous looking at me in my Dodge. Viper as a little steam comes from outside of the hood and I’m pulled over on the side of the road, take a picture it’ll last longer.

I went in to get new wipers for my car. Even though the online guide said the blades I chose were the correct model, it turns out they weren't. I returned to Auto Zone to get the correct blades and the return was absolutely hassle free. Not only that, but Tony selected the right blades for me and installed them! Thanks to Tony and the Auto Zone team for the great customer service!
