I'm a forever loyal customer to AutoZone. They always go above and beyond helping me out whenever I've had issues. I like that I can gain points from my purchases and after five purchases get a free $20 gift card. The prices are decent and when I need to buy something in store instead of ordering it online because of cost I always go to AutoZone as my first choice. The customer service there is top notch. The return policy is great. They always have what I need in stock. They are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you figure out issues that you're having.

The manager was very disrespectful since he refused to replace my light bulbs and wipers but Eric O was very excellent trying to help me and got everthing in a timely manner showing his expertiese and professionalism raise deserved.

Miguel and the manager Eric where both very helpful, helping me find the issue to why my license plate lights weren’t working.They where able to get it working again and I was very satisfied with their help!

Big shoutout to Charles J who helped me with my car's battery! Long story short - I did a whole bunch of running around dealing with figuring out what was wrong with the battery and I ended up coming back here hours later and he remembered me and helped me out. I appreciate it so much!

Shut this place down and retrain everyone in the building. All of these employees are just messing around in the back instead of working and causing a major hazard playing around with fire? Are you kidding me how is this allowed in the building. SHUT IT DOWN AND RETRAIN EVERYONE HERE
