I have been in this area for 4 months now and am still learning my way around for services. I drove in to this Auto Zone after my vehicle was hesitant to start 2 times to get the battery checked. Regi C. came out to test my battery and helped me replace with a new one, along with an oil pack addition to help with corrosion. He was also able to replace my headlights. His customer service was excellent from start to finish and I would recommend this Auto Zone for future needs.

Mr. Flores was very helpful this morning with my warranty replacement . Although the part was not in stock at this location he ensured the location I was heading to had the part in stock && ready to go. He went above && beyond.

I didn’t know my mini coopers windshield wipers would be difficult to replace but the staff here helped me and got them on! Thank you Teri and team!

I bought a car battery from the 3524 Texas HWY 36 S, Rosenberg, TX store. Mr. Jim Flores met me with a smile and genuine kindness. He informed me on different batteries with the usage duration and the warranty. He Installed the battery to my car with no issues. There was no time wasted. I will be coming back to this location because of their kindness and good customer service.

Ordered oil and filter on line to be delivered. When I received my package the oil spilled all over the packaging. I called my local autozone and the manager Jim took care of my by replacing the oil no questions asked. Now that’s good customer service. Will continue to buy from autozone thanks to good people like Jim.
