I would like to thank and lift up Kolby, one of the team members at the Royse City AutoZone. I live in Royse City and last night (1/8/26) my daughter's car was having issues and it was determined that it was a bad battery. Kolby came out to help us change the battery out. While this may seem like just something simple and a service they already provide, Kolby really made a difference and was extremely helpful. changing out a battery in most cars today is not like it was 20 years ago. Sometimes it's a tough job, especially if you don't have all the right tools. Kolby remained patient, cheerful, and determined to ensure he could help us - and did! Could not be more pleased with the experience I had, today, at the Royse City, TX AutoZone. Store # 4238. It's icy today and most businesses are closed. One of my wiper blades was shot and I needed them to function today, especially, so I was pleased to see this Auto Zone was open. Cassie showed me which blades I needed and came out, on a freezing cold day, to help me install them. I admit it, I was doing one thing wrong and she showed me the correct way to install them. I, very much, appreciate her kindness and customer service. I felt like an idiot for doing the wrong thing but she made me feel like a friend and didn't laugh at me. :) Thanks Cassie and to Auto Zone!!

After doing some research I decided to go with AutoZone for replacement brake pad and calipers for my Jeep. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the experience, not only did I get a good deal due to the special they were running. The Royse City branch provided excellent support and guidance throughout the process.

We woke up to our truck not starting due to the battery being bad, went to try and jump start it and our 2 jump boxes were also bad. So we called around and I spoke with Mrs. Alyssa and she was sooo helpful and patient with me as I had many questions. I went and bought a new jumper from her and it worked great! Then my husband took the truck back to their store and was met by Mr. Paxton and he was so helpful as well with changing out the old battery for the new. They are all so knowledgeable about the items in their store and great customer service. 10/10 experience

I went to AutoZone this morning to replace my windshields and a few other things related to my car. Knowing almost nothing about this area, I received a warm welcome and assistance from Tim at the front desk. As for Paxton, who came to take a look at my car, I was very impressed with his dedication and willingness to help. Thank you so much, Paxton, for your wonderful help and support. Bless you!
