Went into auto zone first thing this morning and had great service. They were able to find exactly what I needed for my vehicle pretty swiftly. Great customer service and id recommend going there for anything, theyre also willing to help out in your needs

I had a terrible experience with the service. I went in to get what I needed and had to wait five minutes to be checked out because the staff was standing outside. They also seemed unsure of what they were doing; when I asked them to look something up, they acted like they didn’t know how to help.

The best thing about the store, outside the fact that it's incredibly well stocked, are the employees who are always willing to help and are very knowledgeable about automotive needs. I really enjoy shopping here.

Hate their website, literally try to use thier search, and it just keeps repeating questions that they've already got preset, never allowing you to actually ever type anything into the search, which makes it completely useless. So I ended up having to go to the O'reilly website. You should make it to where the customer has to pick the question they want 2 search instead of having it automatically, just continuously scrolling the questions in the search box. Don't get me wrong going in the store the people are great. They're fantastic at helping you. It's just your website needs some serious work.

I love this location. Just a bunch of good guys that love to help you get back on the road or stay on it. Doesn't matter if you're repairing or putting better accessories on your ride. They will help figure out the best for ya. Everytime I go there, I end up there for at least 20 minutes just because of the great conversations from the employees. Shout out to Josh and Mike. You guys are awesome.
