Review for Richard A. at AutoZone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you aren't getting your parts from Richard A., are you even fixing your car? I walked into AutoZone feeling lost, and Richard didn't just help me; he staged a full-blown automotive intervention. This man is a living encyclopedia of torque specs and engine codes. He found the exact part I needed before I even finished explaining the weird clicking noise my car was making. His customer service isn't just "good"—it’s legendary. He moves through those aisles with the precision of a Formula 1 pit crew and the wisdom of a master mechanic. He knows every bolt and gasket in the building by heart and solved a problem in five minutes that had three different forums arguing for a week. The man is pure professionalism mixed with genuine helpfulness. He deserv

I almost never review a place but I’ve never had an experience like this. I walked in to have my battery and starter tested. There was only one other customer in the store when I entered. When it was my turn I very politely told the lady working what I needed and she shook her head and rolled her eyes at me so hard I could only see the whites of her eyes. She then proceeded to complain about how her blood sugar was low and she couldn’t do anything to help me until it was back up and it was “so busy” she didn’t know when that would be. I had no issue waiting, especially if she was having medical issues. My issue lies with the multiple times she rolled her eyes at me while I kept a very polite demeanor and answered every rudely asked question kindly and to the best of my knowledge. After onl

I showed up at 9:30 am November 11 2025. One lady that works there is super rude. I asked to return my tools for a refund and I provide an email tied to my account. She was being really passive aggressive telling me that I should have my own tools and to stop borrowing my friends tools. She suggested that I man up and not have to return my tools. I walked in with confidence and a friendly smile when she had this urge to be rude. I believe it's because she gets so many people returning tools and she got fed up. I just wanted my refund not to be berated. I held my composure and decided to not get nasty because it's a waste of time when she's probably miserable in her life. She then sent someone else over that took care of me and he was really nice and made sure I was taken care of. I asked f

Barbara, Richard, and David were fantastic. So willing to help me get swap out my battery and helped answer questions I have had for years. Barbara, the store manager, was especially patient and truly showed her expertise. Thanks again.

I hate to be this person, but the cashier I worked with today was very hard of hearing. I came in for oil and a filter, and It was impossible to complete my transaction in a satisfactory way. I ended up leaving with a filter that was more expensive than I wanted, and going down the street to Oreily’s for oil. Next time I’m just going to Walmart.
