Worst experience I have ever had at an AutoZone! First of all, this place if full of teenagers who do not have any experience in customer service. I came here to exchange my car led lights that I bought the previous night because they didn't work. I called prior to make sure they had the lights I wanted, they confirmed. When I got there they did not have them, I assume they didn't check. The parking lot was full of teenagers which the employees were hanging out with. It felt more like a hang out spot than an auto shop. The employee Maxwell, for some reason started a return asking for my credit card and ID. I was questioning why he was doing all of this if I was going to leave to a different store for the exchange. He input the information with assistance from another employee and said it w

Bruce is amazing! Honestly, I have had bad experiences with other auto zones not the staff but the corporation. But Bruce really brings a good name to the company. He goes above and beyond to help customers and is very knowledgeable. He gave me some tricks for using Cata clean And he also let me know the best place to take my car for a wash. Really cool guy! Great service and honestly one of the best AutoZone employees I’ve ever met. Thank you so much for today Bruce!!!!

By far the best autozone i have ever been to. Jose is phenomenal with his team and great at customer service. His workers were also very helpful in assisting me. Id rather order to the store instead of my home because of my experience and will only use this location for my auto needs.
