The woman on the counter has attitude from the hell and charges extra dollar on items and refuses to give simple oil coins that should be provided for free. Few months ago, she also switched the light bulbs and gave me a wrong ones. Also she is talking to other coworker and not paying attention to helping find items. Pay attention to what you pay.

Tried to purchase a battery for my Honda sent my step son at about 1130am was Told by friendly front desk girl said the men to help him were tied up and she did not know where they were. With service like this they are not long for this city. He went down the street to a competitor and was taken care of in a half hour!!

This is my first stop for anything maintenance related for my car. Very Knowledgeable staff. If you have issues looking for specific parts, don’t hesitate to ask the front counter or specifically Martha. They’ll keep you on the road!
