The workers here are absolutely amazing people!! They didn't just help me with what I came there for but helped fix and solve multiple issues! I can't be more grateful for such people !!! 🙏 thank you autozone sapulpa!!

I was there for a battery, after a nice lady checked mine, I definitely needed a new 1. When I went inside my friend was talking to a young man who stated he didn't want to change out a battery. Friend asked why, he said he didn't feel like it. Nate eventually put it in. But I go to O'Reilly from now on. Very poor customer service

1/30/2026 I just had my car checked for repairs and some parts were broken off/cable cut when the battery was put in. I am awaiting info on the charges to fix it. Who do I need to talk to about this? Please let me know. Thanks! 1/28/2026 I would like to recommend AutoZone in Sapulpa. Tom installed a car battery for me today. It wasn't easy to put one in a Ford Fusion as you have to take out the airfilter compartment first. But he did a great job I called ahead to make sure they could help. They were busy putting in one battery after another.

I called to see if they had a lug nut for my tire was just really rude... I just wanted a simple yes or no and I didn't know what he was asking for and I told him I don't know what you are talking about... he proceeded to say uggggga like he didn't want to help and acted like I was stupid like I told him what I was looking for!!! But anyways o'reilly's was so much nicer and helped me get what I needed!! Very porr customer service at auto zone!! Do better!!!!!!

They helped me find the part and even asked if I wanted the part installed. Great customer service.
