Ordered both a left and right headlight assembly for my car. One of them came in damaged. Didn’t pick it up because of the storm and it slipped my mind. Two voicemails were left by Lisa in a row one of which was very rude. I went to pick up the replacement and I have never seen a more miserable and rude person in my life. Every time I would talk to her Lisa would give a very passive aggressive response and I can only assume she either has horrible people skills or loves being condescending. She was also very mean to her co worker and treated him poorly. Bless that man’s heart but I do not envy him. I did eventually get my new headlight but i wouldn’t have had to go though this if everyone just did their job.

I needed a starter for my car so I went to the store and was helped by Jim he was so kind and knowledgeable, he helped me find the right starter that fit my budget but still amazing quality! Thank you Jim for being so kind and patient as you walked me through the options! Autozone always has what I need and the staff are always so kind and welcoming

I was getting gas across the street from this store when my battery died. I was panicking , scared and alone, but Brian came over with a jump pack and got my car started, i went to the store where he checked my starting system for me and found the battery was bad. Brian helped me look up and find the right battery for my car and even installed it for me. Thank you Brian for saving the day and getting a lady back on the road! youre awesome and i will come back any time i need something!

I needed a good epoxy glue and they had what I needed a quick drying epoxy. It setup quickly for my application!!!

Service was excellent, and employee Gavin was excellent helping us install our car front lights !!! 👍🏾
