The team, particularly Malcolm, helped me locate a receipt from two months ago so that I could process a return. I really appreciate the extra time they took to look it up. They are always friendly and helpful.

I came in today 2/4 to repair my brake light after being in a hit and run, I was immediately greeted by Miguel at the counter and he was able to help assist me in finding the correct parts I needed and I think he could see the panic in my face (I am not very car savvy) so He then came outside with me and repaired the light for me with no questions asked. He went above and beyond what was expected and I really appreciated his kindness and customer service. I will be coming back to this Autozone whenever needed, thank you Miguel for being kind and patient.
