AutoZone Auto Parts

Last week when my some and I had to make a repair to our truck was probably the best experience I have ever had at a parts store. The staff was very helpful and supportive. Tim Guy was such a tremendous support, very knowledgeable, and a great guide all while have patience with us. We had to change our alternator, battery, and serpentine belt in parking lot. Tim made sure we had the correct tools, parts and even retested the vehicle for us to make sure everything was working 100% before we left. Thank you Seymour AutoZone and thank you Tim Guy.

We had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to an employee named Anastacia. My daughter was in a stressful situation with her car, and Anastacia stepped in with incredible kindness, professionalism, and patience. She went far beyond what we ever would have expected from customer service and made sure my daughter was safe and able to get back on the road. What really stood out was her attitude — she was calm, reassuring, and genuinely cared about helping. When offered payment for her time and effort, she refused and simply asked that we leave a good Google review because she believes in AutoZone and takes pride in her work. Employees like Anastacia are the reason people become loyal customers. AutoZone is lucky to have her, and we are extremely grateful.

Went inside to get a part. Was told you didn't have it but Scottsburg did but you couldn't get it. Then was told we could drive to Scottsburg and get it if we needed it. My husband said he'd go to O'Reilly's and see what they could do since your employee didn't seem to care to help. Your employee said ok, yea sounds good. When there's other competitors right up the road, you'd think our business mattered. O'Reilly's helped, ordered the part within 24 hrs, no issues and super friendly.

Went in and Anastacia helped me right away. She installed my wiper blades very quickly. I had tried another store and they couldn’t figure them out. Anastacia was friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store because of employees like her!

Awesome staff. Anastasia did a great job assisting me with my battery even though it was freezing cold. She was very nice and cheerful as well😊
